Cancel free up to 48 hours ahead, otherwise you will be charged 50% of the service price for late cancellation or 50% for not showing up.
Working on a one to one basis means cancellations will lose 2 - 3 hours of work as we work on one to one basis
ES Hair works on a booking system with allocated times so unfortunately you may not be able to have your service and result in being charged or you maybe offered a shorter appointment time resulting in not the service you required .
As the salon is small and there is no waiting area for the private room , we can not accommodate the space for people waiting, children or prams .Our services are based on relaxation do we want everyone to experience this so we appreciate your understanding on this matter
All new clients need to have a skin test following manufacturers instructions 48 hours prior to your colour service, or we will not be able to carry out your colour service and you may be charged. Please see our colour section for the Allergy Alert Skin test policy in full
No, every service, new or regular clients will always have a full consultation before the service they are booked in .But you are welcome to book a consultation free of charge anytime if you would like to discuss anything further or to meet your stylist beforehand
As a small business we welcome recommendations so as a thank you for your support , your friend receives 20% discount and you do too to spend on any service
